Designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958, the PH Artichoke pendant is an icon of modern Scandinavian design and one of the most famous lighting products he has created. PH Artichoke lamp consists of dozens of thin metal sheets scattered around the steel frame of the lamp, splayed out like pine cones. Originally designed for the Langelinie Pavilion restaurant in Copenhagen, PH Artichoke Light is still popular for its unique and contemporary appearance. This captivating light fixture will catch everyone's attention at home, in the office or in any public space.
PH Artichoke pendant light is considered an international design icon for its unique sculptural designs that are world-renowned. To ensure high quality, much of the production process is still done by hand. This famous luminaire retains its original copper finish and still illuminates the space with its warm ambient lighting. Brushed and polished steel and white painted metal styles have been added to the PH Artichoke collection, further emphasizing its versatility and timeless silhouette. The lighting in the copper rose version especially creates an inviting atmosphere.
