Delivery area

  • Products on this site can be shipped to most countries. However, it should be noted that the weather in Iceland is complex and the shipping time is slow, and we need to charge at least 80 euros for shipping. If the shipping address is in Iceland, you need to contact us first by email: [email protected]. Due to the current sad events, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Free Shipping Policy

  • We will ship to most countries (except Iceland) free of charge if the order value exceeds 45 EUR.
  • If the shipping address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least 80 EUR for shipping.
  • If you still have questions or need to ship to other countries, please contact us for inquiries: [email protected].
  • We also offer international express shipping for an additional fee if you want fast delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need it.

The shipping process (in working days) is as follows:

  • Delivery times = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time
  • Order preparation

    Once your order information received, we will process the order:

    1. Check the stock.
    2. Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
    3. Check your shipping address.
    4. Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
    5. If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
  • It can take 2-10 working days for the order preparation.Some customized lamps will need more preparing time. After we ship your order, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and query website.
  • Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.

After the customer pays the fast shipping fee (including Hong Kong EMS, Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD), fedex and other fast shipping methods), if it has been shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Cost:10/20/25€ Per Piece:Most products are 10 EUR/piece. Some products are oversized and charged 20/25 EUR/piece.

  2. 3-7 Days (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Sweden,Austria, Spain)

Expedited Shipping (Hong Kong EMS) :

  • Process Time: 1-2 Weeks
  • Shipping Time: 1-2 Weeks (Most countries)
  • Corresponding Products:  All products
  • Note: More stable delivery times. Tariff-free.

Expedited Express for small pieces:

  • Cost: Free
  • Process Time:  1 Week
  • Shipping Time: 7-14 days (Most countries)
  • Corresponding Products: Reserved for products with a small size such.

Please note that the information above is for reference only. The shipping time varies in different regions even for the same country. We are constantly improving our service, and will try our best to satify each customer.

Delivery time

  • The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.
  • And the stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturers warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn't mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.
  • Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels and delivery time indicated on our site. Only when the item arrives, the electrician should be scheduled.

Tariff

  • We are responsible for 20% of any tariffs and customs fee. If you are not sure about it, please contact us at [email protected]

Compensation for late delivery

  • If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Wrong Address

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned by the relevant package service company, you will be responsible for shipping costs (not as per the table above). We will contact you upon receipt of the returned order and refund the order amount.

Reject package

  • If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any shipping costs. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the item), a refund is not available.

How can I choose Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD) shipment?

  • First, you need to confirm whether the item is in stock for Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD). Please note that for the same product, its stock varies with different SKU. For details, please refer to the product page.
  • Please click “Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD)” on the checkout page and then pay the shipping fee (10 € per piece). Please note that for some products with a big size, the shipping fee may be: 30 € per piece.

Will I be responsible for customs duties? If so, how much do they cost?

  • The possibility of tariffs may will exist only when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%.
  • If you do, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount.
  • In the most cases, the amount for customs duties: 0-20 € per piece.
